2. Quote - I provide a price quote based on the complexity and requirements.
3. Deposit - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission slot.
4. Sketch Approval - I provide a sketch for review. Minor revisions are included in the base price.
5. Final Payment - The remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery of the final artwork.

Commissions will not begin until the down payment is received.3. Revisions & EditsTwo (2) minor revisions are included during the sketch and coloring stages.
Major revisions, complete redraws, or significant changes after sketch approval will incur additional fees.
Once the final artwork is delivered, further edits are not included and will require a new commission.4. Delivery & TurnaroundEstimated delivery times range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the artwork’s complexity and current queue.

Final artwork will be provided in a high-resolution PNG and JPEG.5. Copyright and Usage RightsArtist Rights
I retain full copyright and moral rights to all commissioned works.
I may display commissioned works in portfolios, websites, social media, and marketing unless .Client Rights
You receive personal-use rights only unless a commercial license is purchased.
Personal use includes printing, displaying, or sharing on social media with credit.
Commercial use (e.g., selling merchandise, book covers, advertisements) requires an additional licensing fee of +50% of the commission price.6. Prohibited UsesYou may not claim authorship of the artwork.
You may not modify, resell, or mint the artwork as an NFT without written permission.
You may not put any of my work into any AI engine.
Unauthorized commercial use will result in legal action.7. Refunds & CancellationsThe 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If I cancel the commission before starting, the full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.8. CommunicationAll project-related communication must occur via email or other agreed-upon channels.
You must respond to sketch approvals and revisions within 5 business days to avoid delays.9. Liability & Guarantee
I am not liable for printing errors, color discrepancies, or formatting issues caused by third parties.
I guarantee high-resolution digital delivery suitable for printing and personal use.10. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes should first be resolved amicably through direct communication.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled legally.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
